Drive-In Restaurants
This site is dedicated to the old-time favorite, Drive-In Restaurants.
Here you will find pictures, allowing you to remember back to the days of the drive-in.
There is also a link to a paper I wrote about drive-ins.
To the right, there is a rather unique
example of a
drive-in restaurant. What you do not see is the "drive-
in" aspect of the entire building, but there are some
characteristics displayed in this picture of the circular
dining room. If you look closely, you can see the white
phones around the wall which were used by customers
to place orders in the kitchen.
